Booking Conditions
Unlike many other holiday rental companies, our landlords normally allow you complete flexibility with your holiday dates. Most
companies will only rent on a weekly basis starting and ending at the weekend. Most of our the landlords give you the opportunity
to select the amount of days yourself.
For example, should you decide to spend 12 days in your holiday home we calculate the cost by dividing the weekly rate by 7 and
then multiplying by 12. Should the holiday period fall between seasons i.e. 8 days during the low season and 4 days during the
high season the price is calculated accordingly. (low season rate divided by 7 and multiplied by 8 and high season rate divided
by 7 and multiplied by 4).

us by phone, fax, e-mail or letter. Let us know:
Your name, address, telephone number (and e-mail address and fax number if you have them).
The property and dates you want to book. If you have a second or a third choice let us know these too.
You party, the number of adults, under 12s and how many rooms you need. Any special requirements you may have.
We will then check availability and confirm back to you. If the particular property you have chosen is not
available then we will attempt to find other(s) of similar category and also e-mail a description if they
are not illustrated in this site.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Our landlords do their best to accommodate arrivals at any time and settle you as quickly as possible. Officially property
arrival is between 16.30 and 21.30. However the landlords do try to be as flexible as possible and allow access as soon
as has been cleaned and prepared. We ask that you depart by 11.30. Clients departing on later flights may be
able to extend their stay depending on the arrival time of incoming clients.
CLEANING
Please treat the property as you would your own and tidy up before you leave. You will be asked to pay for
extra cleaning if the property is let in unreasonable condition. It is possible to arrange cleaning during
or at the end of your stay.
HEATING
Costs are not usually included in the rental. Please ask for an estimate for your property.
PETS / ANIMALS
For clients who wish to take their pets with them, please discuss with us before confirming your booking. Pets
are not permitted in some of the properties.
SWIMMING POOLS
Normally pools are not available in the Low Season or during the Christmas period. If a pool is essential
please, check when you book.
GAS, WATER AND ELECTRICITY
Gas, water and electricity for normal general consumption are normally included. However, owners reserve the right
to make a supplementary charge if consumption exceeds the average for normal use at their property.
LINEN / TOWELS
Linen and towels are included per stay in all our properties. Pool towels are normally not included.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
If you are compelled to cancel your rental in full or part, you should inform us by telephone, and then
immediately confirm your cancellation in writing. You remain responsible for the total cancellation charge
of the booking and all outstanding balances must be paid in full. A cancellation can only be accepted in
writing from the lead member of the party. The cancellation will be effective from the date the letter or
fax is received the owner. In the event of a cancellation of any part of the booking, the following
cancellation charge will be payable (based on the total rental price):
More than 8 weeks before arrival: Applicable deposits only.
41 days - 8 weeks before arrival: 60% of rental cost.
29 - 40 days before arrival: 80% of rental cost.
1 - 28 days before arrival: 100% of rental cost
AMENDMENTS BY THE OWNER
It is highly unlikely that the chosen property would not eventually be available but this could happen if,
for example, there was a serious technical problem, fire or some other unforeseen calamity. In such a case
the owners liability is limited to the provision of another property of similar or higher category or a full refund.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
You are responsible:
- for the property and you are expected to take a reasonable care of it.
- for leaving leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
- for any damage to the property or its contents, or any Third Party visiting the property which is caused
by you, a member of your party or any person you invite to the property.
Only the persons named on the booking confirmation may use the property without prior agreement. In the event
that the maximum number at the property is exceeded without prior agreement, the owners reserve the right to refuse
or revoke the booking at their sole discretion.
COMPLAINTS
We do not wish to have to have dissatisfied clients and we consider it part of the contract to be given
the opportunity to put right any grievances you may have. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied you
must in the first contact directly the owner or us. This will give the owner an opportunity to put matters right
during your stay. If the problem cannot be resolved during your holiday period, the client should contact
the owner or us writing within 14 days of departure and the owners and we will do our best to resolve the matter
FORCE MAJEURE
We regret the owners cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of the contractual
obligations is affected or prevented by "force majeure"
